Be Intentional!

In 1686, Sir Isaac Newton presented his three laws of motion.

The first law says, ” An object at rest remains at rest, and an object in motion remains in motion at constant speed and in a straight line unless acted on by an unbalanced force.”

This fundamental law of physics is more than a classroom principle; it is a profound metaphor for human life.

We, too, remain in our current state, our routines, habits, and circumstances until a deliberate force is applied. That force is your intention.

It’s still early in the year and quite pivotal if you remember that nothing happens by luck.

A healthier body doesn’t materialize from hope; it is built when you become the external force, reading about nutrition and consistently choosing nourishing food.

Financial stability isn’t a product of luck; it is crafted when you apply the force of education, investing time in financial literacy, and the discipline to practice what you learn.

See, friends, waiting passively for change is an endorsement of inertia. Lasting progress in any area, relationships, career, and personal growth demands that you become the active, strategic agent of your own transformation.

This year, be intentional.Nothing can limit you if you choose to unleash.

Being intentional means moving from passive wishing to active deciding. It is the clarity of knowing what you want and why.

Being strategic is how you get there; it involves a thoughtful plan, small, consistent actions, and an adaptable framework that turns intention into reality.

Begin from recognizing that you are the essential external force required to disrupt stagnation.

Stop waiting for life to happen to you. You, happen to life.

2026 is your year to act with purpose. So, design your trajectory. Apply your force. Be intentional, be strategic, and set your life in motion.

It’s my two cents, and I hope you make a meaning out of it. I am ADEYEMI, Raphael Oluwamayowa. I urge you to do all you should, so we meet at the topmost top. © #SYNERGY# 12|01|2026.
